The second of 2 Doctor Who inspired fractals. I went a bit conceptual with this one, and was kinda toying with submitting it for a contest way back when I first did it. (Obviously, didn't go there.)
If you'll allow me to indulge in a bit of character meta here:
The Doctor and Rose are often complimentary in that they hold many of the same attitudes about the universe (compassionate to a fault, compulsive meddlers, rushing headlong into danger, etc.), but they offset each other, too. The Doctor can be hardened when it's necessary, and Rose counters that with her ability to remind him of his (excuse the faux pas, considering the character) humanity. He's incredibly old, and she's extremely young; The Doctor helps Rose to mature, and Rose helps him bring back the youthful exuberance he used to have.
I tried to show that here--the same shape, but with differing colors and patterns, the Doctor's darkness and sharp edges contrasted with Rose's brightness and softness.
