Um... yeah. Totally haven't updated since my birthday. That's a bad thing, I think.

Lots of stuff has happened. My husband and I have moved--we're living away from the parental units (on all sides), and it's finally given me some breathing space. I don't really have room to paint or draw, really, so I've been throwing myself into massive amounts of writing and some fractal work.

I've had a hell of a time concentrating on, well, ANYTHING. I've sent notes out, resigning from my various positions here on dA (as if a 4 month absence didn't cut the mustard on that account). I know, it hasn't been fair to anyone else, and I do feel more than a smidgen of guilt over that.

But at the same time, I find myself hard pressed to give a damn. I get pulled about quite a bit, on every side, and for once in my 25 years I want to be selfish. So, me-time.

For my watchers, please excuse the massive influx of work you're about to see, although I would be incredibly flattered if y'all actually took the time to read my work. I have spent quite a bit of time, and while I'm mainly writing for my own amusement at this point, it's nice to see other people's opinions.

I fell off the face of the earth and died.

Alternatively, I spent ungodly amounts of time unpacking, watching Doctor Who, and writing fanfiction.


(I'll be posting the fanfiction here as soon as I've photoshopped proper headers for it.)

When stumped, I usually opt for "Lime Green Jello." Either that, or something about monkeys. Everybody likes monkeys.

As do I. Too bad I'm terrible about leaving reviews of the stuff I read. I've been getting better about it, just... I dunno. It's difficult sometimes to offer concrit without sounding like an asshole.
